Sleep Deprivation: Cause and Effect (Part 2)
Insomnia, nightmares, and excessive snoring can be additional reasons for you to suffer from sleep deprivation. You may have problems not being able to breathe correctly when you are sleeping. This could be sleep apnea, a very serious condition that causes you to wake up just enough to clear your throat so that you can breathe. You may not remember it, but you feel tired. If you take too many sleeping pills, this too can interact with your condition.
While suffering from sleep deprivation is something that you can improve and overcome with treatment, it is also something that can cause health risks down the road as well.
