What is the return policy?
We offer a 100-night, risk-free return policy on all I wanna sleep products.
We believe great sleep isn’t something you decide in just one night. That’s why we give you up to 100 nights to truly test your pillow — in your own bed, in your real routine.
If it doesn’t feel right for you, starting a return or exchange is simple and human. You can begin the process anytime within 100 days of receiving your pillow through your Shop.com account, or reach out to us directly at help@iwannasleep.com whenever you need.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. As soon as your return arrives and is processed, your full refund will be issued within 2–3 business days to the original form of payment.
Sleep is personal, and sometimes a different model or size is a better match. Our team is happy to help you find the right option — just email us at help@iwannasleep.com.
To exchange your pillow, start the process within 45 days of receiving your order. Select the model and size you’d like, send your original pillow back using the provided label, and we’ll ship your replacement within 2–3 business days after receiving the return.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Standard shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
