How to use the IWS SnowTouch® Pillow?

Our pillow arrives to you vacuum-rolled in a bag. Once opened, it can take up to 3 hours to stabilize at its maximum height. Remove the flakes as desired and store them in the product bag.

How should I wash my SnowTouch® adjustable pillow?

The cover should be hand washed at low temperature. We do not recommend machine washing. After washing, let it dry naturally in a cool, ventilated place. Do not use bleach or dry clean. The pillow filling cannot be washed.

What is the difference between traditional filling and Memory foam flakes?

Memory foam flakes make the pillow more breathable, as air circulates through the additional spaces created by the gel-infused flakes. A pillow with traditional filling ends up having a greater accumulation of fungi, bacteria and mites.
