How to use the IWS SnowTouch Pillow? 

Your pillow arrives to you vacuum-rolled in a bag. When you take the pillow out of the bag,, it can take up to 3 hours to stabilize at its maximum height. For a faster experience, you can also do this before the first use, tumble dry on low heat for 15 minutes to help it fully expand. Remove the flakes as desired and store them in the product bag.
