Sempre tive problemas com travesseiro. Comprei esse porque podia regular, e realmente funciona. Nas primeiras noites achei muito alto, fui tirando a fibra até que senti que ficou no tamanho ideal. Também achei muito confortável.
O que me fez comprar foi o ajuste de altura, pq sempre sofri com travesseiro alto demais ou baixo demais, e olha... fez TODA diferença!! É fácil de ajustar e eu dormi super bem desde a primeira noite. Comprei um para testar, agora pretendo trocar todos meus travesseiros, muito bom
